Villa Estia, a truly comfortable and beautifully laid out, sea view Villa is really five star when it comes to outside living. Its extensive area of lawns and copious area of covered terraces make it a truly excellent choice for families. One of a select group of Villas sharing the peninsular just south of the village of Spartia.

Neighbourhood information

With nothing short of fabulous views across the sea towards Mount Aenos, the Villa sits at the entrance to a small and select group of Villas, a few kilometers from tiny Spartia village. A short walk down the hill takes you to an interesting rock formation with a platform lapped by the sea. There's a sandy beach just a 5 min drive away, above which The Waterways Taverna entices boat owners to tie up at the small jetty below. Spartia's maze of narrow street all lead to the village centre, where there are two mini markets and a couple of tavernas and for more choice, Argostoli is just a 20min drive away.
