The house is located in Nerotrivia village 100km from the centre of Athens , 25Km from Chalkida city ,5 km from Politica village and 3.5 km from Dafni the beautiful fishing village with the wonderful blue beach. It has a private pool of 32 m² 8 meters long and 4 meters width while the depth reaches up to 1,80 meters. The pool is friendly for the Kids as it starts from 1,00 meter deep. The rest exterior space is surrounded by a green garden with many trees a parking site and a warehouse in an estate of four acres The main house has 3 bedrooms,2 toilets the one integrated in larger bedroom , kitchen, living room , It is fully equipped with all amenities for 6 people ideal for families but also for 3 couples or a group of friends. Our villa gives you the change to rest body mind and soul to hear the birds and the wind to see Falcons ,Turtles ,Squirrel and Hares The perimeter view the sea will stay in your mind and will keeps you company time the winter’s days This villa offers privacy long far away from other houses and the indiscreet looks . The main house is 110 meters with huge perimeters verandas facing the south and west part of which is covered with pergola.
