Our villa offers the perfect combination of comfort, privacy, and breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea. With 5 bedrooms, all with air conditioning and three of them featuring their own TV, guests can enjoy both convenience and privacy. The interior is fully equipped, including an impressive 75-inch flat-screen TV with free satellite channels and Wi-Fi, making it ideal for relaxing moments indoors. The villa features two bathrooms: one with a bathtub and the other with a WC. Additionally, there is an outdoor shower cabin at the back of the villa, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The large verandas and the lush garden provide a perfect spot for families with children, with plenty of space for play, while parents can easily supervise from the comfort of the garden or the playroom located on the garden level. What truly makes our property special is the uninterrupted view of the Ionian Sea and the surrounding islands of Paxos, Antipaxos, Lefkada, and Corfu. Watching the sunset from our verandas is an unforgettable experience for our guests. Our location offers easy access to many sandy beaches within a few minutes by car, while for those who enjoy walking, there is a quiet, unorganized pebble beach just a few meters away on foot. Situated about 30 minutes by car from both Parga and Preveza, our villa is an ideal base for day trips and exploration of the wider area. With personal care and attention to every guest, we are always available to provide suggestions for the best places to eat, visit, and explore, ensuring that you feel right at home from the very first moment!
