Located in Soulari, a nice quaint village just five minutes from the town of Lixouri, Villa Fior is a newly built residence, it is found only 8 mins by car from the unique Xi beach known for its red sand and green clay, it is also 7 mins from Lepeda beach and 30 mins from dreamy Petani beach. There is a super market in a 3 mins distance and a gas station 2 mins by car from the Villa. It is an ideal and luxurious choice if you are looking for relaxation in an autonomous,full service environment. Ο χώρος Villa Fior combines our passion in building, the place, the luxury that we want to provide our guests as well as the characteristics of the Kefalonian culture with the amenities of an autonomous residence which you can consider home. Fully supplied to cover all your needs with two bedrooms, one bathroom-WC , a fully equipped kitchen, a dinning room and a living room, a balcony, a barbecue,a large terray around the residence, a private parking. There is also a colorful garden full of trees and flowers wh where you can relax in a comfortable sitting area. Our guests have access to all areas of the house, with the exception of the vegetable garden next to the house which is separated by a wooden fence. A gardener comes every day to water the plants and take care of the fresh vegetables in the garden.
