IRIS VILLAS LEFKADA are built in Southeastern Lefkada’s cove, and consist of two independent luxury accommodations: MARINE and KARAVI. They are located ten minutes away from the charming village of Sivota, where you can find several restaurants, markets, and shops. Both Villas offer separate private access to the sea, as both have been built 30 meters from the sea. The Villas are harmonized with the natural environment, constructed mostly with local materials, without disturbing the natural landscape. Privacy, luxury, and enjoyable views are offered to those who wish to experience unique moments.

Welcome to Villa Marine, a serene seaside retreat, just 30 meters from the sea! Villa Marine is accessed by private electronic gates leading to its parking area and garden. The villa, set on one level, is a modern, light-filled and enchanting holiday retreat in an exceptional location. Set atop grounds with large grassy areas and many fruit trees, with the Ionian Sea directly below, a private path with some flights of steps leads down to your own swimming and sunbathing platform. The glorious infinity pool is situated just outside the main living room with an ample sunbathing terrace and awe-inspiring sea views!

Sivota is a beautiful village located on the South East coast 30 km away from Lefkada town. It is one of the most well-known tourist destinations in Lefkada. The charming harbor is ideal for an evening walk along the water or even for gazing at the boats in the beautiful scenery. Sivota is usually quieter in the day with a lot of excitement at night. Iris Villas are on a one-of-a-kind tranquil and isolated location on the edge of a mountain, ten minutes away from the picturesque little village of Sivota. As guests reach us, they will cross an easy 800m dirt road that leads to a truly exclusive and private retreat—one that makes the journey worthwhile.
