Villa Ismini is located in Katelios on the Greek island of Kefalonia. This vacation rental property is air-conditioned and sleeps up to 5 people with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms along with private swimming pool.Layout Villa Ismini is a split level villa with three floors joined by a central spiral staircase. Front door opens into the comfortable living area which has a balcony overlooking the pool. The property has a living area, large kitchen/dining area (with separate sofa bed area for an extra person), 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) and 3 bathrooms. An additional bed can also be provided if requested. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.
