Beautiful beachfront villa in southern Greece, in the Mani Peninsula, just a few steps away from the beach. Step out of your Villa and have some fun on the beautiful beach of Neo Itilo. Enjoy the warm sea breeze and fall in love with nightly sunsets. Near old town of Areopoli. Close to famous Diro caves and port city of Gythio.

Neo Itilo is a magical town located in a bay and surrounded by stunning mountains. The people are very friendly and welcoming and will treat you like family. The beach has crystal clear warm water and plenty of lounge chairs to enjoy your favorite cocktail or a refreshing ice cream served by many restaurants. The town offers multiple restaurants serving fresh seafood and local grilled food. Offers a mini market and has a park for kids. A truly one of a kind destination !!! Near ancient town of Areopoli, Neo Itilo has all accommodations including Mini Market, Cafés and Restaurants. Situated in the middle of Mani, very close to the Caves of Diros and many other touristic areas.
