I like the sea, swimming, good food and helping my guests have a wonderful vacation.

Property information

Amazing new modern house, spacious (75m2) and fully equipped with all amenities that are necessary to feel at home. A living rooms and a equipped kitchen two bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Especially you can enjoy your coffee on the patio facing the lush greenery or eating breakfast in the backyard among the flowers. Location is great, very quite but in 10 minutes you can be at Potamos beach which is organized with many bars, sandy with clean, warm waters. Also you can visite Chalkidiki beaches which are 15 or 30 min drive ,depends the location ,from the house and the same time you need to visit Thessaloniki. Village Mesimeri has everything that you need bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, tavern... Also many other seaside towns are very close: Nea Kalikratia, Epanomi... Your host Stratos and his family are extremely kind and helpful and you will feel that you are staying with your relatives. Stratos will give you many helpful tips for visiting this area (best beaches, restaurants...) and organized or a special picnic on the beach Navagio accessible only by jeep and prepare a barbecue for you.

The village of Mesimeri is a peaceful, quiet quiet village where you can get to know the traditional way of life of the locals. You will find everything you need for your living, supermarkets, taverns, pharmacy, cafes, while in 10 minutes you can visit the sandy beach of the river or the beach of Nea Iraklia or visit Thessaloniki at the same time. daily excursions to the first or second leg of Halkidiki and its beaches in 30 or 45 minutes leading
