Villa Josefine with a total 200 sqm is located 5 minutes' walk from Politika seashore promenade and Aphrodite beach and , in a quiet location surrounded by olive, fig, orange, apricot trees and greenery. Recently completely renovated, it allows the guest to experience perfect closeness to the sea side and all the taverns and complete serenity within the property. Private pool and garden and private parking that can accommodate up to 5 cars makes it an excellent choice for family vacations. Villa Josefine can host up to 10 people. It is equipped with 2 renovated kitchens. The upper floor balcony is overlooking the sea and mountains while the ground floor patio is overlooking the wonderful garden and orchard in which one can find peace and tranquility. The garden is a safe area for children with the gate locked and an amusement area for children to play in.
We love road and mountain bike riding. Sailing is one of the great option to relax. All you need is to ask Mr. Gross, about different activities and he may gladly be able to help you.
The quiet neighborhood provides ability to relax and enjoy piece. 50 meters from the Villa located family restaurant, Rizari, with one of the moussakas in the area. The shore line and it's promenade is an excellent opportunity to enjoy local Mediterranean cuisine and local sea food.
