    “The house has everything you need. Really nice garden, quite and unbelievable view on the sea. It is just a few meters to get on the beach and it is not crowded at all and really clean. Perfect for a relaxing holiday.”

Recently renovated ( 2017), right on the beach villa, with an excellent garden. In the ground floor there are : living room with fireplace , kitchen, dining area, bathroom with shower and two verandas , front and back. The front view is the sea and the back view is the mountain.On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms and a small WC. Villa Kalandra is 100 m2 and is part of a 5- house privately owned complex. The place is very quite , the beach is almost private, but nearby ( 5-7 km) there are many beach bars, villages and wild nightlife. A private car is preferred in order to enjoy the rest of Halkidiki . Distances : Thessaloniki airport 93Km, Possidi 5.6km, Fourka 7.8km, Polychrono 19km, Kalithea 18.5km
