Villa Katerina, built 90% of stone and wood and at an altitude of 550m above sea level, is located in Tsagarada, 1.5 km away. from the central square of the village. This three-bedroom villa is 180m² in size, has a 65m² terrace with a large built barbecue and 2 balconies of 10m² each, one of which has a barbecue.We offer free Wi-Fi, a TV, a living room with a fireplace, a dining area, 2 kitchens with an oven and fridge, a coffee maker and a kettle, a dishwasher and a washing machine are provided. Towels, bed linen and hygienic items are provided. The view of the Aegean Sea and the mountain is breathtaking. The villa features 2 large gardens with flowers and fruit trees. Private parking is available on site. Villa Katerina is 50 km away. from Volos and about 67 km from Nea Anchialos Airport. The famous beaches of Mylopotamos, Fakistra, Saint John and Damouchari are 4-10 km away. We speak Greek, English and Romanian!

Our neighborhood is very quiet, because there are only 2-3 holiday homes. There are traditional stone houses, also a famous plane tree about 1000 years old, picturesque squares with restaurants and cafes, and also traditional paths. Of course there are also very nice and clean beaches very close by.
