There’s a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a BBQ, a poolside day bed chill out area and a cool sunken seating space set slightly away from the main house – so you can enjoy the balmy Greek island sun for as long as the days allow.

Alice and Freddie have been coming to Zakynthos for 20 years and fell in love with the location and people. The villa has been inspired and designed by both of them, taking some of their favourite elements from other villas over the years. They have a passion for anything relating to the sea, paddeboarding, windsurfing, sailing etc as do their children.

Villa Kyanos is up at the unspoiled northern end of the island of Zakynthos, surrounded by green hillsides, olive groves and traditional villages. The tranquil pace of life is a world away from the southern resorts, although there are still plenty of wonderful restaurants, boat trips and beaches. The Blue Caves are 20 minutes away by boat from the local port and the famous Shipwreck beach is easily reachable. There is also a daily ferry to Kefalonia.
