Already being an owner of two successful villas and co-owner of designgraphic .gr, a well known web development company in Greece, I started to manage other vacation rentals in 2012. Hillside Villa Ligaria Pinnacle overlooks the quiet village of Ligaria offering daily stunning sunrise & sunset viewing. Villa's location is within a 6 minute walk of all the needed amenities for a drive free holiday & to the organised beach of Ligaria. The 250m2 is a 3 floor, ensuite 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom villa accommodates 8 guests in beds. The villa amenities are: ping pong table on a separate lawn terrace, bbq and private 40 m2 pool with the child section or sitting area with jets. The villa incorporates photovoltaic panels, enhancing its sustainability. -Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 15 euros per night from April to October and 4 euros per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

Villa Ligaria Pinnacle is located in a peaceful seafront village of Ligaria in Heraklion, within walking distance to its gorgeous sandy beach, restaurants and local minimarkets. Additionally the nearby village of Agia Pelagia, which is a short drive from the villa offers crystalline waters and gorgeous views where also water sports can be enjoyed. Easy access to the main highway and Heraklion town (20 km away) with its winding alleys, restaurants and cafes, provides the opportunity to further explore the area.
