Villa Margarita is a detached vacation rental property located in Skopelos Town, Skopelos. Villa Margarita can sleep up to 4 people with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. As a courtesy to our clients, please be advised that the second bedroom is with separate external access. A local tourist tax of 15 Euros per night is payable directly to the owner. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.
