There is a mini market and a choice of tavernas within easy walking distance and Lourdas beach and its waterside tavernas are a little less than 2 kilometers away. There is a choice of several small sandy beaches in this area of the south coast. Midway between Argostoli and Skala it is about 15 kms to either, should you crave a little livelier entertainment.
