The villa is 200 meters from the small village of Mariou, which has a tavern. The traditional village of Myrthios, with several tavernas and a mini-market, is about 2 kilometers away. The coastal town of Plakias, known for its sandy beach and many attractions, is 4 kilometers away, while the nearest sandy beach is 3 kilometers from the villa. Nearby sights include the Kourtaliotis and Kotsifou gorges, the historic Preveli Monastery, and beautiful beaches like Ammoudi, Schinaria, Damnoni, Plakias, Souda, and Limni Preveli with its palm forest.
