A 142m2 luxury Villa, in 2 levels, commencement of leasing since August 2017. Smart house technology being adopted. 3 Master Bedrooms with smart HDTVs with Netflix, 3 Bathrooms & 1 WC, Living room with dining table for 8 persons. Big terrace on the 1st floor, front & back yard with marble tables. Fully equipped luxury German kitchen with brand new Electrical appliances. All bathrooms are equipped with high quality crystal shower cabinets covered all floors and walls with granite tiles. It is in one of the most traditional and picturesque villages in Paros island in the centre of Cyclades group of islands, called Prodromos village adjacent to the main church of the village (Saint Ioanis Prodromos church). It is highly recommended for guests with high-level living standards, looking for a luxury villa with all the high-tech comforts and amenities (audio systems in all rooms, high-tech central Heating-Ventilation & Air Conditioning system providing ideal comfort conditions at all rooms, free 25 Mbps Wi-Fi provided at all areas with long range coverage Wi- Fi routers installed at both levels of villa. Starting hosting from August 2017 my first VIP guests enjoying their vacations in a traditional village very close to the nearby sand beach of MOLOS, and enjoying the Greek hospitality and local cuisine. Ideal for families vacations in one of the most picturesque cycladic villages of Paros. Mini-Market, Coffee shop and Greek traditional food restaurant (taverna), in just few minutes walking distance from the Villa. This villa is focused to people with high standards of living looking to experience of living inside an extremely beautiful iconic village, enjoying the hospitality of the local people and beyond the typical 'Tourist packages'.
My property is at the end of the famous old walking path from the Byzantine empire era (properly marked), starting from the previous village called 'LEFKES' and coming down-hill to Prodromos village. All the lovers of walking follow this old path with final destination to the traditional (KALITECHNIKO KAFENEIO) ARTS CAFE & OUZO in my village. In the summer of 2017, PRODROMOS village was selected as the most traditional place in PAROS by AEGEAN AIRLINES for shooting a commercial advertising spot with special guest the NBA MVP GIANNIS ANTETOKOUNMPO.
