Villa Nafsika is a 120sqm luxury Cycladic-style house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and private pool 4X5 m, located only a short walking distance (70 m) from one of Paros’ most alluring seashores, the quite Logaras Beach (70m from the villa) ideal for families with children or seniors, (220 m) from the famous and organized Pounda Beach, ideal for couples an teenagers as well and (500 m) from sandy beach of Piso Livadi and the small same named Harbor. It is a charming 2-storey structure that offers view to the turquoise Aegean Sea and is situated in a 300-sqm manicured garden. The idyllic harbor of Piso Livasi, with romantic restaurants, cafes and night clubs, small shops, can be reached in only 12min, all 500m walking distance. At the beach of Logaras you can find several nice Greek Taverns with delicious food and specialties.

Neighbourhood information

Paros is the third larger island in Cyclades after Naxos and Andros. Parikia is the capital of the island, where the port is also located. The airport is located in Alyki in the southwestern side of Paros, approximately 10km from Paroikia and 18km from Logaras. Τhe complex is located in Logaras, a peaceful village and next to the harbor of Piso Livadi, in the southeastern side of Paros and is recommended for relaxing vacation. It is approximately 90 meters from Logaras beach (awarded with a "Blue Flag") and 300 meters from Pounda Beach, which is popular for its summer events, water sports etc. The panoramic view of the Aegean sea (one can also see the island of Naxos) and surrounding traditional villages, offers our visitors the unique experience of Cycladic landscape.
