The three level villa has three double-bed en-suite bedrooms with private balconies, and gorgeous sea-view, two twin-rooms with a shared bathroom, a playroom with a full-size American pool table, bar and TV area, a spacious living-room connected with the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen for ambitious cooks ready to experiment in the Greek cuisine. Outdoors the beautiful gardens, thoughtfully planted with natively plants which are combined with traditional stone walls that blend into the natural environment, the gorgeous shaded patios the BBQ area and the infinity pool, are there for you to relax and watch the spectacular and unending sea-view and unique sunsets.

The property is less than a km away from the beautiful seaside village of Agios Nikitas, a traditional fisherman's village, with a lot of taverns and bars and a beautiful beach.
