Location and basic characteristics Our charming ground-floor villa provides exclusive access to a large and beautiful garden, an impressive and very large pool, and a BBQ area, creating an ideal space for relaxation and outdoor fun. The villa features a cozy, open-plan living area with plenty of natural light, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms make it an ideal getaway for families or small groups With easy access to the airport and some of the most beautiful beaches of the region nearby The property can accommodate up to 10 guests. There is a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen. Bedrooms layout: There are two master bedrooms with double bed and an en-suite bathroom. There is a bedroom with double bed. There is a bedroom with two single beds and one double bed (total capacity 4 person). There is also one extra bathroom with shower. WiFi connection, TVs, AC. Guests can fully enjoy the outdoor swimming pool. Villa Noaina is thoughtfully equipped with excellent amenities, including a BBQ area perfect for outdoor dining, a serene small church and a tennis court for those who enjoy staying active. Lagonissi is a seaside residential area in East Attica, situated close to the shore and on a peninsula by the Saronic Gulf. It is located approximately 30 km southeast of Athens and 35 km northwest of Cape Sounio. Lagonissi features many beautiful sandy beaches, including those of Pefko and Agios Nikolas which are organised. Restaurants, cafeterias and bars are located mainly in the center of Lagonissi.
