Situated on the main provincial road, the villa provides seamless connectivity to the southern road, enhancing your beachside escapades. - Εvents are allowed upon request for up to 100 guests with additional charges. - The pool can be heated on request for extra charge 50euro per day and it requires at least one-week's advance notice. - The house may accommodate one pet up to 10 kg. - Dangerous breed dogs are not allowed. -The Εnvironmental fee 15euro per night from March to October and 4euro per night from November to February is mandated by the Greek government and applies to all visitors from January 1, 2024 who staying in accommodations in Greece. It contributes to environmental conservation efforts on the island, including waste management and sustainability initiatives. Please note that this fee is not included in your booking total and will be collected separately during your stay.
