Located in Prines village, just a short drive away from Rethymno Old town and its long sandy beach, Paradise Villa is consisted of two independent attached houses, which share the same outdoor area and pool and are rented as one! The two-storey property covers a total of 335 sq.m. and it can accommodate 18 guests in its 8 bedrooms. Staying in our villa offers you the advantage of both having vacations with friends and having your private place for you and your own family! Each building contains a spacious living room with an indoor dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms! Finally, a pool table and gym area are also available, including an elliptical machine, abs bench and chest press. That means that you will stay in a villa with 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, 2 dining areas, 6 bathrooms and 8 bedrooms, having enough space and facilities for everyone! Paradise Villa is the best choice for large groups or for 2-3 friendly families! Outdoor area Furthermore, the outdoor area of Paradise Villa offers several amenities, including: - A private swimming pool. The pool terrace features a lawn covered area equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, as well as a seating area an outdoor shower. - A 4-seater hot tub is also available next to the pool. - Fully equipped barbecue facilities with charcoal grill and an outdoor sink. - Spacious terrace with some outdoor toys, where kids can play. - Parking space for 4 cars. - The villa is fenced and offers privacy to our guests. Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 15 euros per night from April to October and 4 euros per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
