This small villa is built on a hill providing excellent views towards Kakolimano beach and the harbor of Agios Apostolos in Petries. Due to its unique architecture and the unlimited view it offers, it is a very beautiful destination for families, couples or friends who want a quality holiday of relaxation and delicious food. It has separate entrance at the 1st floor
Agioi Apostoloi , also known from the village of Petries which is located a little above, is a very popular beach in Evia. It is a picturesque harbor with several cafes and fish taverns, but also for the beaches. Beaches without wind: Kakolimano, the port, Klimaki. (all organized). If there is no wind, the beaches are Heromylos, Stomio and Kalamos (all in the same direction). Distance from the house: -Bakery shop, Markets,Coffee Shops, Taverns, Pharmacy 3 minutes by car (approximately 0.4 km) -Agii Apostoli Beach 0.4 km (3 minutes) -Kakolimano Beach 0.4 km (3 minutes) -Klimaki Beach 1 km (5 minutes) -Cheromylos Beach 4 km (10 minutes) -Stomio Beach 3.5 km (10 minutes) -Ano Petries Village 3,5 km (7 minutes)
