Villa Sevasti is in a fantastic position, we are 750 meters from the main part of Kardamena, just a 5 minute stroll to the nearest beaches. The house stands alone with no neighbours however there is a swimming pool which is open to the public just a couple of minutes away. The house has a large garden with 4 seating and 2 dining areas. The house sleeps 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms with king size beds downstairs. Upstairs there is a double sofa bed in the large lounge and a fully fitted kitchen and washing machine.
I am looking forward to welcoming you to Villa Sevasti, a beautiful, spacious home in a great location.
The villa is 7km from the international airport, 750m from the main village of Kardamena. The villa is on the main road however the closest beaches are only a 4-5 minute walk from the property. The villa stands alone, surrounded by fields our closest neighbour is Splash Pool just a 2 minute walk, a beautiful, clean pool and sunbathing area with bar and food available all day. The house has lovely views of the mountains, Fortress of Antimachia and a sea view. Kardamena is a lovely village, totally flat so it is easy to walk around and explore on foot or you can hire bikes easily. There is ample parking at the villa and plenty of car hire businesses to choose from. Daily boat trips also leave Kardamena to the stunning volcanic island of Nissyros or the various beaches close by. The villa is only 750 metres form the main square where you will find the harbour, shops, bars and restaurants.
