Villa Stefania has been operating for 4 years. Our complex consists of 5 self-contained studios (2 persons) and one independent residence (4-6 persons). Our initial concern and vision was the substantial acquaintance of our visitors with the place where we were born and we live. We always keep everyone in our home feeling intimate and hospitable. We work harmoniously in a family atmosphere and that continues to be our goal. We try to combine the intimate relationship we develop with our clients with professionalism. We are always close to our guests to solve any problem. We are pleased to have a pleasant stay as well our customers' confidence

Property information

Villa Stefania is located 15 minutes outside of the graphical town of Rethymnon, in the traditional village of Erfi. The natural landscape that surrounds our accommodation is one of the main reasons why someone deserves to visit it. Peace and quiet are two of the main features that dominate in our space. Our guests can relax next to the stone swimming pool, in our kiosk or in other smaller corners of the garden,and also entertain (TV, free WIFI, table tennis, table games) as well as use shared BRQ facilities. Large, bright rooms, spacious bathrooms, and balconies with terraces view compose it our band.There is also a breakfast consisting of traditional Cretan dishes as well as pure homemade ingredients. Fruits and vegetables come from our garden. The nearest beaches (Estauromenos-Skaleta, Geropotamos) are about 5 km from our accommodation. Τhe same applies for the nearest supermarket, café, bakery, pharmacy, ATM etc. The city center is 15 minutes away from Villa Stefania. Bali is 20 km away from the area, while South Rethymno (Plakias, Rodakino, etc.) about an hour.

Neighbourhood information

Villa Stefania is 15 minutes outside the picturesque Rethymnon. The nearest beaches are 5 km from our accommodation (Skaleta-Geropotamos) and the same applies to the nearest supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, bakery, etc. (5 km). The southern Rethymnon is 45 minutes away (Plakias, peaches, etc.) The archaeological sites worth visiting are many. Some of them are the Fortezza fortress, the Arkadi monastery, the museum Eleftherna and others. Bali is 20 km from our accommodation.
