My name is Kostas Vasilakis and I have studied marketing and business management. Already being an owner of two successful villas and co-owner of designgraphic .gr, a well known web development company in Greece, I started to manage other vacation rentals in 2012. Located in a great location only 2 km away from the long sandy beach of Episkopi and in a walking distance away to all king of shops, the one-storey 200 sq. m villa melds its traditional stone built house facade with a strikingly modern addition and offers the best comforts to our guests. It can accommodate 8 people in beds and up to 10 people if it is necessary. -Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 15 euros per night from April to October and 4 euros per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

Villa Sugar is located in Episkopi village around 17 km west of Rethymno town. The whole surrounding area is a totally quiet natural environment ideal for relaxing but also being very close to all kind of supplies shops, restaurants and services. Just 2 kilometres from the villa, you can find one of the best sandy beaches of the North coast, the beach Episkopi, which is 10 km long and was named after the village (Episkopi), which is only 350 m away from our villa. The village of Episkopi has shops, traditional taverns, cafes and some supermarkets for your supplies. One of the supermarket is available just 80 m away from the villa as well as an organised playground for children which is located just opposite of the supermarket.
