My name is Kostas Vasilakis and I have studied marketing and business management. Already being an owner of two successful villas and co-owner of a well known web development company in Greece, I started to manage other villas in 2012. Rethymno, Crete and is approved by the Greek Tourist Organisation.

Villa Theano is a 200 m2 residence situated in the southern coastal area of Triopetra in the prefecture of Rethymno. The Villa has impressive ocean views of the Libyan sea and can accommodate 9 guests in beds and up to 10 if necessary. It is the perfect setting for a seaside escape just for you and your loved ones to enjoy, situated in southern Crete only a few minutes by foot to Small Triopetra beach. The villa is the perfect choice for big families, a group of friends as it offers privacy and independence within your group. -Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 15 euros per night from April to October and 4 euros per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

Neighbourhood information

Theano Villa is located in Triopetra with a frontal sea view of the Libyan sea, within walking distance to Small Triopetra beach and with sunset views. The next beach over is Triopetra beach with its crystal waters named after the three majestic rocks that rise from the sea. Free sunbeds are provided at Triopetra beach where the villa owner’s tavern Apotheke is situated. The village of Spili is a 30 minute drive and offers amenities such as bank, supermarkets, butcher, bakery, pharmacy, medical centre and more. A mini market and bakery is available in the nearby village of Akoumia 11 km from the villa.
