Villa Theolia is a spacious property set in the countryside near Gouvia resort. The villa is traditional in style from the outside yet has bright, modern and airy interiors. It offers fantastic outside space with a private pool and large lawned area. Surrounded by cypresses and olive trees. Gouvia Marina and the resort centre are just 2 minutes’ drive away and 8km from city center. Pool with therapeutic magnesium salts, Starlink system WiFi, air conditioning/heating in bedrooms are included.

Neighbourhood information

The house is located in Gouvia area in central Corfu. Just 5 min away is the Marina of Gouvia with many restaurants - tavernas and coffee shops. It is highly recommended car rental. Otherwise we can help you with local taxis or transfer companies.
