Enjoy the sea view and the privecy of Poulati, close to Sifnos center. A tranquil and functional place far from the mass tourism. Just 2 minutes from Artemonas square, in magnificent Poulati, overlooking the Aegean Sea, above the rocky bay with the sapphire water. Panoramic view of Kastro and Eftamartyros church and unlimited 360 view of Aegean Sea. Visitors can relax with the sound of the sea, the wind, the frogs and the birds. Upper House Α simple, traditional and functional house. It is consisted of a single room 35cm2 that includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, sofa that can ce converted into bed, a double bed and a large wardrobe. In kitchen you will find refrigerator,electric kitchen,microwave oven, kettle, toaster, French coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kitchen and cooking utensils. The liner provided is Coco-mat . The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a washing machine. Korres amenities are provided. There is parking space and a sunny courtyard with outdoor furniture and sun loungers.

Poulati is an area very close to the main settlement of Artemonas. The house is just 2 minutes from the main square of Artemonas by car and 15 minutes uphill on foot. The church of Panagia Poulati, the rocky beach of Poulati and the path leading to Kastro are within a 3-minute walk from the house.
