This traditional Villa is situated near the marvelous golden sands of Mavrovouni Bay, famous for its unspoilt nature and turquoise waters. The beach of Mavrovouni is protected by an international project, as it is visited every year by the loggerhead sea turtles which commonly called Caretta-Caretta and at the beach they dig nests to lay their eggs. A loggerhead sea turtle nest roped off as part of the Sea Turtle Protection Project of Archelon. It is 5 minutes away from Gythion town and near to Mavrovouni beach. Villa Tzortzakos is situated 650m from the 5 kms long sandy beach of Mavrovouni, 5 km away from the beautiful sea side town of Gythion. Distances: Mavrovouni beach 350m, The beach is 5km long and it has the advantage that it is never crowded. In the morning (from 08:00 to 12:00) it is perfect for those who love to swim and later in the afternoon the wind benefits those who love to windsurf. Watching the windsurfers is still a very interesting show for those who lie on the beach, Mini Market 500m, Super Market 2km, Gythion Town 5km, Areopoli 21km, Cave of Diros 30km.
