Tucked in the peaceful area of Peristeras, just a 6-minute drive from the heart of Ierapetra, this spacious villa offers privacy, comfort, and natural beauty. Set on a private estate with olive trees, this home is designed for families or groups of friends looking to relax and reconnect in style. The villa spans three levels and 360 sq. m., offering breathtaking views of the sea, mountains, and lush gardens. - Εvents are allowed upon request for up to 100 guests with additional charges. - The house may accommodate one pet up to 10 kg. - Dangerous breed dogs are not allowed. -The Εnvironmental fee 15 euro per night from March to October and 4 euro per night from November to February is mandated by the Greek government and applies to all visitors from January 1, 2024 who staying in accommodations in Greece. It contributes to environmental conservation efforts on the island, including waste management and sustainability initiatives. Please note that this fee is not included in your booking total and will be collected separately during your stay.
