Villa is located in one of the most beautiful and quiet areas of Lefkada far from prying eyes very close to the city of Lefkada and at a distance of 450 meters there is a beach. The place is in combination with the comfort you need, provides excellent accommodation because you can easily access the sights and the city of Lefkada (only 3.5 klm far), Tavernas, bakeries, pharmacy, cafes and mini markets are only at a distance of 800 metres, Nydri (10 klm),Nikiana, Agios Nikitas and the famous beaches of porto katsiki and Egremni. Beaches are everywhere only 350meters or 1 klm away.
Zois or Katerina are your hosts and will always be at your call to help.
In the central square at 250 meters, there is a pizzeria - restaurant, a mini market and at a distance of 450 meters the beach. The town of Lefkada is only 3.5 km away. At a distance of 500-800 meters there are cafes, taverns, supermarkets, gas stations. Villa is situated in a quiet neighborhood at the beginning of Kariotes Village, so you must respect the quiet hours that is 3.00 to 5.30 pm and 11 pm to 9 am. You must also have in mind that music and parties during the quiet hours are not allowed. On reservation a deposit - prepayment is needed.
