Property information

Villas Velizarius are two detached villas that can be rented together or separately. They are located in a common yard with an area of 3.5 acres of over 20 olive trees and landscaped lawn. In the yard there is a BBQ and two separate recreation areas with pergolas with decking. There is an outdoor pool with jacuzzi. Each of the houses consists of one apartment on the ground floor and one penthouse on two levels. The penthouses have a spacious living room, a bathroom, a toilet and a bedroom on the first level, 2 two bedrooms, one bathroom and one toilet on the second level. All bedrooms in the penthouses have spacious terraces. On the ground floor each of the houses has a separate apartment with a spacious living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. In the apartments the sofas are extendable and can be used as an additional sleeping area. The apartments and the penthouses have fully equipped kitchens and dining area. Villas Velizarius will welcome its first guests in the 2022 season. The villas are furnished with new and modern furniture. The villas are on the second line and the beach is only 50 meters walking distance from the property.

Villas Velizarius is in Akti Salonikiou (Salonikiou Beach), located in municipality of Sithonia, an area between the peninsula and Mount Athos. With crystal clear water, awarded with blue flag (award of the water quality), the beach is one of the most famous in the region and is perfect for family vacation. Near villages are: Metagitsi 4 km away, Pyrgadikia 6 km away, Agios Nikolaos (Chalkidiki) 8 km away, Nikiti 16 km away and Vourvourou 20 km away. Further cities are: Polygyros (the capital city of Halkidiki) 46 km away, Thessaloniki 100 km away. The closes airport is Thessaloniki Airport Makedonia – 90 km from the property.
