Just a short walk or drive from the village’s shops, tavernas, and beaches, the retreats offer access to refined amenities. Lounge by the sparkling pools, enjoy a BBQ with a view, or relax in the serenity of the sea-facing terrace. Each Villa welcomes up to seven guests (6 in real beds - coco-mat mattress & 1 extra guest can sleep on a folding bed). Votsalo Villa Set within a 150m² outdoor haven, this bespoke villa embodies elegance and just a short drive from sublime beaches. Enjoy a 25m² pool (non-heated, 1.50 meters deep) and dine alfresco in the outdoor area with a gas BBQ. * Votsalo Villa is part of the VK Villas complex, laying in 4 acres private land, which includes one additional villa (Kyma Villa) on the upper level, so some areas may be shared or overlooked. The villa consists of a main building featuring an inviting living room and two bedrooms, while a third private bedroom is situated separately with its own entrance & direct access to the pool. Kyma Villa Set within a 200m² outdoor haven, this bespoke villa embodies elegance and is just a short drive from sublime beaches. Enjoy a 25m² pool (non-heated, 1.50 meters deep) and dine alfresco in the outdoor area with gas BBQ. *Kyma Villa is part of the VK Villas complex, laying in 4 acres private land, which includes one additional villa (Votsalo Villa) on the lower level, so some areas may be shared or overlooked. The villa consists of a main building featuring an inviting living room and two bedrooms, while a third private bedroom is situated separately with its own entrance and is “wheelchair accessible” with access to the pool. Climate Resilience Fee A 15,00/night/villa tax (subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices. It must be paid in euros at check-in to your Host.
