The Villa is located in Lefkada island 15 min driving distance from the main city and 2 min by car from the famous beach Kathisma. The main house is white-washed with a pergola next to the pool (6.00x3.00)m 1.45 depth, a private parking and garden. On the ground floor there is an open-plan sitting/dinning/kitchen area with one bedroom and one bathroom. Upstairs there is a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a second with a smaller bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals.

The neighbourhood is on the hill 3 minutes from the most popular and famous beach of the island, Kathisma!. The village Agios Nikitas is 5 minutes away and the capital, Lefkada town is 15 minutes. Also 5 minutes from here is 2 of the best for food and breathtaken view places. amente and rahi restaurants.
