We welcome you in our traditional house “Xemoni” that was built in 1929 outside Koita settlement in Laconic Mani and was fully renovated in 2016 offering unforgettable moments of relaxation and joy to those who wish to explore the land of Mani that we also love so much. In “Xemoni House” you can find all the calmness, contact with nature and privacy you are looking for, in combination with easy and direct access to beautiful destinations addressing every occasion and mood: towards South Gerolimenas at 5 km for swimming and food, Vatheia with its famous stone towers at 14 km, Marmari & Porto Kagio at 19 km for authentic landscape of Mani, cape Tainaron being the southernmost point of mainland Greece at 21 km, while towards North, Diros Caves at 17 km for a unique of its kind tour, Areopoli at 20 km for nightlife and not only, the picturesque Limeni at 24 km and many more extraordinary excursions in Laconic and Messinian Mani. Our accommodation consists of two floors with internal stairway (including safety door for kids) and total surface of 85 sq.m., spacious balcony as well as garden of 650 sq.m. so that you can enjoy the fabulous view to St. Pelagia mountain all day long. Suitable for both families and friends, “Xemoni House” can host up to 6 persons (2 double beds and 1 double foldable sofa) providing every basic comfort like air-conditioning, fans, television, clothes washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, wi-fi, 2 parking slots και 2 bathrooms. As far as everyday replenishment is concerned, an organized Super Market is just 1 km away for anything you may need.
