Modern one-bedroom apartment available, featuring a living room, dining room, and kitchen, perfect for a couple. Baldone Building, Zone 2, Colonia Ciudad Nueva, close to the city center, Zone 1, Zone 4, Zone 9 and 10, Periférico, Periférico Naranjo, and the Atlantic Highway.
I am interested in ensuring our visitors have a unique experience during their visit to the country and that their stay is as pleasant as possible.
The Ciudad Nueva neighborhood is perfect for sports activities, walking, or running. It's also centrally located for zones 1, 2, 4, 9, and 10, the Peripheral Zone, the Naranjo Peripheral Zone, and Guatemala City National Airport, among other destinations. Cervecería de Guatemala, Mariano Gálvez University, and Central Norte, among others.
