Great Cozy apartment to stay in when visiting Guatemala, Antigua Guatemala, Tecpan, Sumpango, Lake Atitlan! We are CLOSE ENOUGH TO ANTIGUA GUATEMALA! to explore a bit, relax and get comfortable! Convenience Mall just a few minutes away. You can rest or work from your comfort since the location area is safe and quiet, you can also walk and do your shopping. The apartment is centrally located and you will find neighborhood shops, supermarkets, etc. and a Shopping Center. (5 minutes by car).

There are several corner stores, supermarkets, fast food and restaurants within walking distance of your temporary home in Chimaltenango! Feel safe at home! A few minutes away there are farms full of nature where you can go for a walk and buy food, so you can enjoy our beautiful Guatemala. -Chimaltenango is well known for the variety of agriculture, industrial and commercial brickwork. Public transportation is available approximately every 20 minutes, taxi or tuc tuc (three-wheelers), uber.
