Adriatic apartment is a part of Skipper resort with big private pool and private beach 200 m away from the apartment here guests of Skipper resort can enjoy free sun beds and sun umbrellas . where guests of Skipper resort can enjoy free sun beds and sun umbrellas . Few metres away from the apartment are two restaurants (Mediterranian at Kempinsky hotel and Asian at the Skipper pool) . Within Skipper resort is a reception, private fitness ,mini market , ATM and beach bar. 3 tennis courts as well as a basketball and volleyball courts are available fee of charge four our guests. For active guest of Adriatic apartment free sport equipment (tennis racquets and balls, basketball, volleyball) is available in the apartment. From Adriatic apartment two balconies, guest can enjoy stunning views on the Golf course, vineyards, and olive orchards as well as towards Adriatic Sea from the upper terrace. There is a storage room for 2 bikes.
There is plenty of activities in the Skipper resort .From 18 holes Golf course to tennis 🎾 ,basketball 🏀 , football ⚽️ and private fitness. A big pool is waiting for our guests as well as private beach with a beach bar and an Asian restaurant with a terrace with a stunning views to Alps, Trieste, Lignano, Grado and Piran .
