The location of the villa itself is an ideal starting point for many day trips, but if you decide not to leave it, small shops, bars and restaurants are within walking distance from the villa. With a total living area of 120 square metres, it can accommodate up to 3+2 people. The single-storey villa consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful dining area, a cosy living room and two double bedrooms. Tastefully furnished with great attention to detail, the villa will make you feel right at home! The outdoor area is absolutely stunning. Here you will find a 32 square metre private pool, a lounge area where you can relax with a cold, refreshing drink and a large terrace where you can sunbathe and catch a lovely tan. The villa offers you many ways to stay active, such as a mini football and pool table, darts and cardio equipment. Bicycles are also available for you to explore and discover the wider area. The highlight of the villa is a private konoba with a charcoal barbecue and a seating area, ideal for cosy lunches and dinners with your family and friends. The villa is perfect for small families or groups looking for a relaxing holiday surrounded by peace and quiet. The charming Villa Niko is located in the small town of Pridraga, not far from Zadar. All necessary facilities such as shops, restaurants and cafes are close to the villa and you can reach everything on foot. Bicycles are available at the villa to explore the surrounding area.
