If you're looking for a calm and relaxed place in Split and still being able to be in the center of the town within a 5 minute walking distance, you're at the right place. Calm & Relax Apartments are located at the western entrance of the park forest Marjan, steps away from the most beautiful view point overlooking Old town, Adriatic sea and the islands. We have 3 different units in the same building (only Studio apartment available for 2023). Starting with a cosy and affordable studio in the basement which is ideal for a couple. Our lovely one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor is suitable for up to 4 people. It offers one bedroom with a small balcony and a living room with a sofa bed and a big balcony with a forest view. The most specious apartment is situated on the first floor with two bedrooms and a large terrace with a breathtaking view of the Old Town and the islands. All apartments are equipped with fast WI-FI and AC in every room. All apartments have a washing machine, except the studio. Free private parking on the premises is available for each apartment free of charge.
We are Split natives that have been running a small family business for almost a decade now. We work really hard to make every guest feel special, which you can see from our exceptional reviews. We are very passionate about architecture, design, cooking and meeting new people. We are proud about the history and beauty of our hometown and we are happy to help you discover the most interesting restaurants, bars and things to do during your stay. Marjan has been cherished by the citizens of Split for generations and is considered the ‘lungs of the city. Scenic viewpoints, hiking trails and hidden beaches are walking distance from your apartment. At the same time, within a 5 minute walk through the picturesque neighborhood Varos you can be at Riva promenade and Diocletian Palace. Marjan is like the biggest sports center in Split: running, rollerblading, cycling, tennis, climbing, swimming or simply walking, everyone can practice his favorite sport. There are countless paths that wind through the forests and along the coast, revealing a well-tendered landscape, jagged beaches, vista points, ancient chapels, and a nice cafe restaurant.
