The apartment (3+2) is in the center of Čakovec, yet it is quiet and surrounded by greenery. High ceilings, large windows and rich greenery contribute to the feeling of comfort. Leave your car in your own free parking lot or in the garage and enjoy the comfort provided by modern interior design, new appliances, high-speed fiber internet, Netfilx and HBO Max. Relax in the garden with a game of ball or badminton, drink coffee in the loggia with a view of the city sights.
In our free time, we hike, ride bikes, arrange our garden, cook. Otherwise, we do our daily work related to information security and literature.
The building is located in a quiet street with family houses and yards. Nearby are the Metts supermarket (300 m), the Tratoria Rustica restaurant (250 m), Shpitza Bar (350 m), Fox Bar (350 m), the Zrinski fortress and park, the Međimurje Čakovec museum and the Međimurje Treasury. The local brewery "Lepi dečki" is not far away. In the immediate vicinity, there are many vineyards connected by roads suitable for cycling. Water park Martilandia is 16 km away. In Štrigova there is a beautiful viewpoint from the highest peak of Međimurje Magjerka, and in the nearby forest in Brezje Forestland is held.
