Newly renovated two bedroom apartment, kitchen, bathroom, WIFI, parking, air conditioning. We are located in Zavalatica, a small island village located in a natural bay on the south side of the island of Korcula with beautiful natural surroundings by the sea, 2 kilometers away from the town of Čara, which is located in the interior of the island of Korcula. The town of Korcula is about 25 kilometers away. In Zavalatica there is a shop, a perfect fish restaurant, a pizzeria, a cafe bar and several beautiful beaches. Žitna Beach is a pebble beach located in the cove of the same name. It is equipped with a modern kitchen with all necessary utensils, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, oven, stove, flat-screen TV, free internet, living room with sofa bed, bathroom with shower and two bedrooms with a large double bed for two people. Also car parking is in front of the accommodation. There is also a cafe, local food restaurants, a grocery store and a bus stop nearby.
As a host, I want to give my guests the ideal vacation and make them feel welcome. The apartment is modernly decorated and equipped with the necessary things to make your stay complete. I'll be available at any time if you need help.
An ideal place for young people and family who want to escape from the crowds and enjoy the beauty of this small town and learn about their customs and culture. On arrival, guests have access to an accommodation unit that is separate from the host accommodation. It also has access to a balcony, equipped with modern furniture that offers a magnificent view of the Žitna beach. It is recommended that guests have a transport service. If you don't have one, we can help you arrange a rent-a-car, rent-a-scooter or rent-a-bike. Because buses don't run that often. The nearest bus station is 200 meters far from accomodation.
