Property information

Spacious apartment in the house placed on the first floor that has a big terrace which offers a nice view on the sea and Povljana's bay. It is close to everything that you might need for relaxing vacations. Perilo beach is only 5 - 10 minutes on foot and there is a nice restaurant near the house (30 meters walking distance) that offers a great fish and seafood and other dishes of Dalmatian gastronomy. The town centre with caffe bars and supermarket is 150 meters far. WELCOME!

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located in a nice one way street in central part of the town of Povljana. It is a calm neighbourhood where are mostly local people. There is a garden and a parking around the house. If you wanna feel how does it look like to live like a local and have all facilities close you are welcome to our apartment Dubravka.
