Apartment Lorenzo offers you an apartment itself (180m2), 4 outdoor seating areas surrounded by patio, garden and greenery (200m2), outdoor self-standing grill-house, 2 private parking spaces and 2 bicycles (for free). Apartment Lorenzo has got a huge shaded terrace (34m2), a garden (800m2), a paved yard (70m2), 3 bedrooms (1st bedroom= double bed+view to the Cathedral of St.Lawrence, 2nd bedroom=double bed+1 single bed+ exit to the terrace, 3rd bedroom= double bed+ view to the garden), long hallway, 1 bathroom ( bathtub, brand new washing machine, hair dryer, free toiletries...), an excercise/ childrens' playroom, a spacious living room (TV Sat, Air Conditioning, stereo...), a brand new kitchen (a dish washer, a kettle, an oven, a toster, a coffee machine, an electric juicer...), a garage and self-standing grill-house. There is a fan in each bedroom and electric mosquito repellent :) Free of charge: 2 bicycles, garage (2 parking spots), Wi-Fi, self-standing grill-house.
Apartment-Villa-Lorenzo is a ground floor apartment. My family and I live on the 1st floor, so we will be easily reachable during your stay. We would be glad if we could help you, anyhow!

Apartment Lorenzo offers you an apartment itself, 4 outdoor seating areas, outdoor self-standing grill-house, 2 private parking spaces and 2 bicycles for free! Nearest beach is approximately 0.5 km from the property! Ferry port is only 150 m away. Also, marina Baotić is nearby. Shopping mall "Marisa" (Plodine): 120 m away from the apt. "Apartment Lorenzo" is situated in a very quiet and safe neighbourhood, surrounded by family houses. Everything needed for pleasant stay is just around the corner!
