The apartment is located in the city center, inside the historical building which was a former knitwear factory where our grandmothers used to work. The building is now renewed according to the conservation principles - while climbing to our apartment, some interesting building features can be seen. Apartment Tanja also fully renewed and adapted in modern fashion with all the facilities needed. It is on the upmost floor, providing a panoramic view from windows. Due to conservation rules, there can be no terraces added... which is OK as we find our cultural heritage to be a priority :)
My name is Tanja and I do hard-internet-work to represent this apartment speaking in the name of my family who are all engaged in the apartment renting and travelers meeting process :) We speak Croatian, English and Italian quite fluently and really love to meet people from all around the world. Most of the apartment features can be read in the descriptions, but we adapt to guests needs. We also have a restaurant at the beach in which we offer a discount for our apartment guests :)
Apartment is on a 3-min walking distance from the city center and 3-min walking distance from the sea! 50 meters north of the apartment guests can visit Cres tower which was part of the defensive walls system that were built in the early 16th century during the rule of the Venetian Republic.
