This is newly built property available for guests from July 2016. Apartment is in Gornja Brela, quiet Dalmatian village placed between main coastal road and freeway A1 (E65) - exit Sestanovac. Apartment is surrounded by several older buildings and has nice mountain view from the roof-top terrace equipped with hot tub (jacuzzi). Place is suitable for guests with own transport. Guests coming by plane can rent vehicle at the Split Airport. Apartment is inside Nature Park "Biokovo" (named after Biokovo mountain) and is only 10-11 km away from some of the most beautiful beaches within Mediterranean region. One of beaches in Brela (Punta rata) was rated among 10 most beautiful in the world by Forbes magazine. All beaches are public. Advantage of being in Gornja Brela versus Brela is cooler air in the evenings and distance from tourist crowded place noise. It is guarantee for better sleep. Proximity of freeway makes this a perfect base for daily trips to cities of Split, Trogir, Omis, Makarska, Krka waterfals, pilgrimage to Medjugorje merged with visit to Kravica waterfalls or city of Mostar in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
