Brand new house (built in 2022) and equipment in the apartment, which is part of a residential building with 4 identical units. These are (three) 3-star apartments (***). The apartment measures approximately 43 m2 and includes a bedroom with a double bed (2 people), a living room with a kitchen and a dining room, where there are two sofa beds (+ 2 people), a bathroom with a toilet and a terrace of 10 m2, a parking space for one car. There is a possibility of using a barbecue. The position of the apartments, if we look at them from the direction of the parking space in front of the house: Apartment No. 1 (Apartment with a bedroom) is located on the ground floor, on the left, Apartment No. 3 (Apartment with a balcony) is located on the first floor, on the left, Apartment No. 4 (Deluxe Apartment) is located on the first floor, on the right. Free parking space is in front of the house, one space is for one apartment. Fažana is 1.5 km away, and the center of Fažana (by car or on foot along the sea) is 2.5 km from the house. Pula is 300 m from the house, and the center of Pula is 2.5 km from the apartment. The beach is 500 m from the apartment, the pedestrian path is 650 m away (7 minutes walk, 2 minutes by bike), the road for vehicles to the parking place (Hidrobaza) on the beach is 900m away, and the path along the larger and wider main road to the same parking place is 1.5 km.

The owners are Vikica and Elvis. They will meet you at the accommodation at 16:00. (Check-in from 16:00, check-out at 10:00). Check-out is at 10:00. (Check-out from 8:00 to 10:00). You will be able to communicate with them in English (Elvis) and German (Vikica). They also speak Slovenian and Croatian. If you need any information about the apartment, they will be available to you in the accommodation itself. The equipment is prepared in accordance with the photos and description of the apartment (towels, bed covers...). Consumables such as soap, toilet paper, ... etc. are not included in the price, although this is also prepared for the first day. They look forward to your visit.

The location is very good, excursion center, 500 m from the beach, also 500 m from the seaside promenade, 1 km from Fažana, 2 km from the Pula Amphitheater, 3 km from the Pula Aquarium, not far from the Brijuni Islands (1.5 km from the ship and boat boarding center) and Kamenjak Park (10 km). Beach with shade - 600 m Valbandon beach, 1.5 km Fažana beach, other beaches with less shade 800 m Hidrobaza beach...
