The Šanić family, with a long-standing tradition in tourism, invites you to enjoy a stay in their apartments, offering a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. This family house is located on the island of Rab, in the village of Lopar 519, within the apartment complex “San-Marino”, just 150 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches on the Adriatic – Paradise Beach (“Rajska plaža”), which was named by CNN as one of the top 100 beaches in the world. The house features three 3-star apartments, all equipped with air conditioning and internet access. In the immediate vicinity, you will find restaurants, cafés, shops, a bakery, an entertainment center, and various sports facilities.

Our apartments are located in a peaceful area of Lopar, within the San-Marino apartment complex, just 150 meters from Paradise Beach – one of the most beautiful and famous sandy beaches on the Adriatic, ideal for families with children thanks to its shallow and warm sea. Within walking distance, you’ll find restaurants, cafés, shops, bakeries, souvenir stores, playgrounds, and various sports facilities – everything you need is just minutes away. You can also enjoy boat trips, diving, bike rentals, and other activities for exploring the island. Lopar is known for its natural beauty, friendly locals, and laid-back atmosphere. Thanks to the excellent location of our house, guests can fully enjoy their vacation without needing to use a car.
