Property information

Apartments Marta are situated in a family home, just 2,7 km from the centre and old town of Novigrad and only 600 m from the beach. It consists out of 3 apartments; Olea, Kiwi and Lavanda. The owners live on the top floor of the house. All apartments are situated on the ground floor with outside terrace with table and chairs for relaxation as well as an access to the garden. Public parking is available free of charge and just outside the apartments. WiFi is available free of charge throughout the apartments. All apartments are equipped with air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette with dining area and satellite TV, double bedrooms with queen and king size beds, bathroom with a shower, bidet and a hair dryer. There is also a garden surrounding the apartments with barbecue facilities as well as a trampoline for the kids. Laundry room outside the apartments with washer and dryer is available for the guests free of charge.

Novigrad, once a peaceful fishing town, over the years has become a compelling touristic destination. Although being so popular among tourists from all around the world, Novigrad has to this day kept its intimate and irresistible charm of a typical quite Mediterranean fishing town. Aquapark Istralandia is is situated only 7 km, while Baredine cave are only 13 km away from the property. Nearest airport is Pula, 75 km away. Poreč is only 20 km and Umag only 16 km away.
